Microsoft Access problem

I have already changed Players Id Number and the Field Size Number but can't copy and past Players and if somebody has done it can you tell me what to do becasue Help in the progam isn't helping me and all I'm trying to do is copy the 95/96 Players to 06/07 Rosters and start in the Offseason.

There's most likely a missing column somewhere. Open up the design view and compare both rosters to make sure the columns match up perfectly and/or there aren't too many/too few columns.

I was able to add Bill Wegginton with no problems but tryed the rest of the Players but the past option ws not available.
I changed Field Size to MEMO!
Their shouldn't be Player ID just a Player assigned his real number like in real life.
L. 06/07 is the file I'm trying to Past the Players into but it's really a file I'm editing because theirs no way in MD Viewer to Copy and Past Players.
