How do you put images in the text?

I am starting a dynasty and I would like to put pictures in the text but when I try it just comes up as a link. In antigravity's dynasty there is pics of the coaches, that is what I want to do.

You need to get the source of the image (html://www.anon.com/*.jpg) and then when you're making a post, make sure you click on the image icon in the toolbar (mountains and a moon). Then post the image source and it should appear.
