My roster file work with the 1.3 patch, but it is a roster from 1976... may be not the one you want...

We're planning an update this month which will include an updated roster file as well so if you're looking for something to use for the upcoming season we'll have a new file for you in the 1.4 update

La Tulipe's 76 roster file is good. He also has draft classes from 77-2005, its good stuff

agreed...will the update start prior to the 07 draft and let us draft the players or how will it be set up?

Prior to the draft. Anyone can still make a roster file that starts after the draft as before, if they prefer that.
