I don't think there has been any response as to a roster set mod yet.
I know it was stated that you can not import the TPG 1 roster file, but I am curious if this file can be added to (in order to increase the players base) and then imported in TPG2...
This would be a great file to start from and it would save a lot of work as over the half the players are already there.
I imported my sponser file from TPG1 (into the demo) and it worked fine.

You should be able to mod the mod :) from TPG 1 all I say is be careful. Adding players to the 3 new tours should be all thats required.

Great... That should be a start and save a lot time...
Just need to sort through who is on what tour, but at least it is only half the players that now need to be added (and they will be the lesser lights as the major players are already part of this file).
Thks.

I started a career on the senior tour, is there a way to edit the fictional players or add some of the greats of yesteryear? It would make it more enjoyable with the Arnie's ,Jacks ,Lee's ect.ect. If any one has a way, please let me know if its an easy add-on. Gary,Thanks for working on fixing the little issues, TPG2 has lots of nice touches-Thanks

You can edit any of the players by using the Export/Import Database functions after logging in as Commissioner and then editing the database afte you've exported it.

I exported the file, added the golfers I wanted, but now how do I get them in the game? Do I have to start another career? I changed the file in the save game file. Any help will be appreciated, sure like the new features.

What you want to do is not add them to the file but edit the ones already in the file to the way you want them. Then import it back into the game. Make sure you don't change the name of the file, as the game won't recognize it if you do.
