Coach lineage?

I think it would be awesome to have position coaches (not neccesarily all of them) and have progress and get offers from other teams to become cooridinators and then have coordinators get offers to become head coaches.
To have certain retired players have an interest to get into coaching and see what they do...maybe the ones who maybe had high football IQ but just not quite the talent as the stars, Gary Kubiak, Jason Garret just for a couple of examples.
To be able to look back at a cerain head coach as see that he mentored 4 head coaches would be kind of neat for me. Maybe this is just to difficult to program in...
This is the one thing that I really liked about EA's NFL Head Coach game and would love to see implemented into a text sim somehow.

Have you played DDS: College Basketball? It does exactly that.

I love that part of the game and was wondering if DDS: Pro Football would be the same? I think it would add a lot to it!
