Default PadresFan Mod Website Thread

Hey everyone -

My first mod file for PureSim 2 is ready for download. It's a 2009 MLB photopack, complete with a self-extracting installer that puts the files in the correct folder, assuming you installed PS2 to the default installation directory.

Second mod for PureSim 2 has been posted. I created a set of "generic" player photos for people like me that like to play fictional associations but still like to have player photos. You'll find it on the top of the Player Photos page. It's packaged in a self-installer to make installation easy!

2 questions:

1) I started a fictional games and wanted the generic faces, I went into the association and it keeps coming up with 0 faces added

2) I wanted to put in the ballparks and it wants JPEG.

What am i doing wrong?

1) Download and run the generic photos installer. Then launch PureSim and go to the Main Screen -> Options and Utilities -> Association Settings: Select "Display Player Photos". Then, go back to the General Options tab and click the "Auto-Assign Player Photos" button.

2) If you are talking about the ballparks from my website, go to each team's Ballpark page and click Modify Park. Then select "Import" and choose one of the files you downloaded...

As far as the ballpark, I did that and when I go pick the stadium, the folder is blank, it is looking for jpegs not prk files. I must be doing something wrong.

I believe it should only be looking for jpegs if you are selecting a ballpark image. Use the Import Park option.

Default zip file

Al, I downloaded the pic's file which would cover my 1966 replay, I only see a zip file not the normal installer like for SAT. What did I do wrong? Should I just unzip to faces folder?

BTW, thanks for turning me on to this game from the other board, I stand corrected!
