In Draft Day Sports: Pro Basketball 26, we’ve invested heavily in UI design improvements that bring a sharper, more modern look and feel to every screen. From managing rosters and scouting reports to analyzing player stats and the finest draft experience in any sports game, the refreshed interface is built to deliver a smoother experience for both long-time sim veterans and newcomers to the franchise.

If you're familiar with prior versions you will remember we've had two sets of navigation - now we've moved everything into one menu at the top where you will easily and quickly be able to select whatever team you are looking to access as well as clearly defined groupings of info for the league, media, draft, the selected team and links for your actions plus quick icons to access your email, alerts and meetings.

We've also taken a look for opportunities to provide more details. For example in our dashboard screen you now get a visual indicator of the team morale along with specifics as to who is unhappy along with a breakdown of future cap space, expiring contracts and upcoming draft picks owned so that you can plan for your future all in one glance. On top of that we've redesigned the screens to be even better looking - a far cry from the assumption that playing a sports simulation means staring at a spreadsheet.

One fact about Draft Day Sports: Pro Basketball 26 is that we give you data. Tons of data. However, not everyone knows all the acronyms or what some of that data is useful for so we've taken the steps this year to try and provide even more in game help to understand what some of the data is useful for and how it can best serve you in making decisions about your team.

Once again as we look at the contracts screen here we've added more information here such as letting you know how far you are from (or over) each apron level since those impact what actions your team is allowed to do and we have not only a color coded key for the end of each contract term and type but once again more help links which will explain what each type of contract is as well as giving you a refresher on what the salary aprons mean.
